Laboratories often use a large amount of hazardous chemical reagents in scientific research, production, and experimental teaching, and involve a wide variety of reagent types, which is the biggest challenge in laboratory safety control. After statistical analysis of 130 laboratory safety accidents that occurred in China over the past decade, it was found that hazardous chemical related accidents accounted for 80% of all types of laboratory safety accidents. Therefore, managing hazardous chemicals is of utmost importance in ensuring laboratory safety.
On November 22, 2024, the Premier of the State Council held an executive meeting of the State Council to discuss and pass in principle the draft of the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and decided to submit the draft to the National People's Congress for review. The meeting pointed out that we must always tighten the string of hazardous chemical safety, adhere to the principle of putting people and lives first, prioritize safety, prevention, and comprehensive management, establish a dual prevention mechanism of safety risk grading control and hidden danger investigation and management, and strengthen safety management throughout the entire process of production, storage, use, operation, and transportation. We need to strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, implement government regulatory responsibilities, strengthen cross departmental and cross regional joint law enforcement, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of major accidents. We need to strengthen the source control of hazardous chemical safety, improve the professional skills of practitioners, make good use of large-scale equipment renewal policies, accelerate the elimination and renovation of old chemical plants, and minimize safety risks.
On December 25, 2024, the website of the National People's Congress of China released the "Draft of the Safety Law of the People's Republic of China on Hazardous Chemicals" (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft") and solicited opinions from the public on the draft for a period of 30 days.

DB11/T 1191.3-2024 Laboratory Hazardous Chemicals Safety Management Requirements Part 3: Research Units "Beijing Landmark,Fully implemented on April 1, 2024, the documents are as follows:

Anruis has recently developed an automatic consumables management system for channel doors. The intelligent all-in-one machine is equipped with two ultra-high frequency channel doors located at the door edges. The channel doors will automatically scan incoming and outgoing items, deduct them automatically, make intelligent judgments, and perform intelligent statistics,
Realize contactless outbound management, full process electronic traceability, solve the pain points of long-term chemical and item safety storage, inbound and outbound ledger management, and statistical management, and achieve digital ecological management of the entire lifecycle of chemicals and items.

The main functions of the clean air chemical storage cabinet are intelligent information management, display of retrieval records and storage of chemical information, real-time monitoring of fan operation, filtration efficiency, temperature and humidity, and optional pull-out storage unit,
Convenient access, smart door lock card swiping, multiple modes, recording card swiping information, APP mobile intelligent interconnection, online monitoring. Addressing some prominent issues in the current safety management of hazardous chemicals in China.
