The soft capsule production line is a large-scale production equipment with an annual production capacity of over 500 million and 400 million capsules respectively. The entire equipment has a compact structure, stable performance, high yield and low consumption, and is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods of soft capsule production line:
1. The rubber is torn or has grooves
Reason: There may be dry glue or mechanical debris on the baffle at the outlet of the gelatin box.
Exclusion method: Clean up hard glue or mechanical debris (may not be parked);
2. The rubber is uneven or presents wavy lines with hard adhesive
Reason: The rubber has oil.
Exclusion method: Use a cloth to cut the bottom of the rubber and wipe it clean;
3. Glue the rubber onto the rubber wheel
Reason: Insufficient cold air volume, high air temperature or Mingjiao temperature.
Exclusion method: Increase the amount of cold air and lower the temperature of Mingjiao;
4. The width of the rubber is not enough
Reason: There are obstacles at the outlet of the gelatin box and excessive cold air volume
Exclusion method: Remove obstacles and reduce the amount of cold air;
5. Capsule seam cracking
Reason: The rubber is too thick, the gelatin is not suitable for the fabric, the rolling mold is misaligned, the spray temperature is too low, and the material liquid cloth is suitable.
Exclusion methods: Reduce the thickness of the rubber, replace the gelatin, realign the lines, increase the spray temperature, and check the material solution;
6. Inaccurate capsule loading capacity
Reason: There is air in the liquid, and the liquid is too thick to stick or settle at the end of the piston rod. The sealing of the plunger of the feed pump leaks, and there are mechanical debris in the feed pipe or spray body.
Exclusion method: Air in the liquid can be eliminated by increasing the stroke of the feed pump for several minutes, re batching, replacing seals, etc.
