1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the mixing shaft, blades, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, and other components are undamaged and adequately lubricated, and that the power/air supply connections are normal.
Check if the protective grounding wire is securely connected to ensure safe grounding of the equipment.
2. Cleaning and material preparation
Clean the mixing drum, mixing shaft, and blades with ionized water or specialized cleaning agents to ensure no residue.
Weigh and prepare materials according to process requirements, avoiding exceeding the maximum capacity of the mixing drum.
3. Security protection
Operators are required to wear protective goggles, gloves, masks, and other labor protection equipment.
2、 Operation steps
1. Equipment assembly and connection
Insert the mixing shaft into the opening and closing nut hole and fix it, adjust the length to fit the depth of the cup.
Connect the vacuum suction tube to the vacuum tube joint of the mixing tank to ensure sealing.
2. Startup and parameter settings
Turn on the main power supply and confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated value of the equipment (such as AC380V).
Set process parameters such as stirring time, vacuum degree, stirring speed, etc.
3. Feeding and operation
Pour the material into the mixing bucket, start the mixer to moisten the material, and then turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate.
Monitor pressure gauges and thermometers during operation to ensure stable parameters.
4. Stop and discharge
After completing the mixing, turn off the vacuum pump and open the atmospheric pressure recovery valve of the buffer tank, then turn off the mixer.
Before pulling out the mixing drum, disconnect the temperature gauge connection and clean the residual material at the discharge port.
3、 Safety precautions
1. Environmental requirements
It is prohibited to operate in explosive environments or areas with flammable and explosive materials.
2. Equipment operation
It is strictly prohibited to lift, disassemble, or adjust components while the equipment is in operation. Shutdown and power-off operations are required.
Before vacuuming, it is necessary to confirm that all materials are moist to avoid powder being sucked into the vacuum pump.
3. Emergency response
Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormal vibration, noise or leakage, and contact professional personnel for maintenance.
4、 Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Daily maintenance
Clean the mixing drum, shaft, and blades after each use, check lubrication, and replenish specialized lubricating oil.
Regularly inspect the integrity of fasteners, seals, and safety protection devices (such as guardrails).
2. Long term discontinuation
Cut off the power, drain the vacuum pump oil, and perform rust prevention treatment on the metal parts.
