A clean room, also known as a purification room, is a special room that can control parameters such as particle and microbial concentration, temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, noise, vibration, etc. in the indoor environment. Cleanrooms are widely used in fields such as microelectronics, optoelectronics, food, medicine, biology, chemical engineering, military industry, aerospace, etc.
During work in a clean room, personnel need to communicate and interact, and the use of communication equipment needs to meet the requirements of the clean room. However, traditional telephones are not suitable for clean room environments because their use can generate pollutants such as static electricity and dust. To solve this problem, cleanroom IP telephones have emerged.
The cleanroom IP telephone mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Host
The host of a cleanroom IP telephone is generally composed of a telephone host, a communication motherboard, a power supply, and a casing. The host is responsible for processing and sending telephone signals, and the communication motherboard includes components such as microphones and receivers to achieve communication functions; The selection of the shell needs to consider its dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and anti-static characteristics.
2. Acoustic protective cover
Acoustic protective cover is an important component of cleanroom IP telephones. It not only protects the internal components of the telephone, but also isolates sound in the environment, providing good call quality. Acoustic protective devices are generally made of corrosion-resistant plastic materials and have a special enclosed structure to prevent dust from entering the interior of the telephone.
3. Other components
The cleanroom IP telephone also includes components such as card holders, buttons, display screens, microphones, etc. These components need to meet the requirements of the clean room environment, such as anti-static and corrosion-resistant properties.
