Analysis of the Structure of the Swinging Particle Machine:
1. Gearbox: Adopting worm gear transmission, the gearbox can store oil, and there is a sight glass on the gearbox to observe the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack to move back and forth.
2. Main body: The body is an independent rectangular cylinder, with a closed bearing seat connected to the powder hopper, and the powder hopper extends towards the body.
3. Motor frame: One is securely fastened to the screw, and the motor is mounted on the iron plate. When the screw bolt is rotated, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
4. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gears. The front bearing cover on the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, simply unscrew one wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted. The two ends of the placing drum are made with convex square rings.
5. Screen clamp: The device is made of steel pipes on both sides of the rotating drum, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen is wrapped around the outer circle of the rotating drum by rotating the flower shaped handwheel, which is supported by gears and can be adjusted for tightness.
