Working principle of vibration ultrafine crusher

The working principle of vibration ultrafine crusher:
Mechanical ultrafine grinding equipment belongs to vibration grinding, which uses high-speed impact force and shear force according to the different characteristics of the material, so that the material is subjected to high acceleration impact, friction, compression, cutting and other effects of the medium in the grinding cylinder, and can achieve ideal grinding effect in a very short time. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, so that each particle has the same stress state, achieving the effect of mixing (dispersion) while crushing. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it is possible to achieve operations with grinding as the main goal or mixing as the main objective.
The device adopts the working principle of vibration crushing, in which a certain amount of grinding medium, such as hard material balls, rods or columns, is filled in the grinding cylinder (crushing chamber). The grinding cylinder produces clockwise and counterclockwise circular vibration under the action of external excitation force. The strong vibration of the grinding cylinder causes the medium inside the grinding cylinder to undergo a throwing motion. Under the action of this throwing motion, each medium produces a rotational motion in the same direction as the circular vibration. At the same time, the medium group also produces a low-frequency orbital motion of 3-5 cycles opposite to the circular vibration. So the medium sometimes disperses and sometimes collides with each other, generating positive impact force and lateral shear force on the material. The material is finely ground, broken and crushed under the impact, compression and shear of two forces.
