Maintenance methods for heated enzymatic hydrolysis tanks
Date: 2025-10-10Read: 5
Mirror polishing treatment on the surface of the heated enzymatic hydrolysis tank (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m); All inlet and outlet ports, manholes, and other welding points with the inner tank body adopt arc transition technology, which is smooth and easy to clean, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process and meeting the requirements of GMP and other specifications.
The maintenance method for the heated enzymatic hydrolysis tank is as follows:
1. Appearance inspection and cleaning
Before daily use, check whether the tank, pipes, and seals are intact to avoid material residue or leakage.
•Power off when cleaning, use neutral detergent to wipe the shell, and prohibit using hard objects such as steel wire balls to scrape.
2. Heating system maintenance
•Regularly check whether the heating tube (such as electric heating wire or steam coil) is scaled or damaged. If scale is found, boil and clean it with 5% citric acid solution.
•Ensure accurate calibration of temperature control instruments to avoid temperature fluctuations affecting enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency.
3. Mixing and transmission system
•Check if the mixing motor runs smoothly, regularly replace the lubricating oil in the reducer, and immediately shut down for maintenance if there is any abnormal noise.
•If the stirring blade is deformed or worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent uneven mixing of materials.
4. Sealing and leakage prevention
•Regularly replace sealing rings (such as mechanical seals or flange gaskets) to avoid leakage caused by aging.
•The welding seams and interfaces of the tank body need to be inspected regularly, and any cracks found require professional repair.
5. Control system maintenance
•Electrical components (such as contactors and sensors) should be moisture-proof and dust-proof to avoid short circuits.
•Instruments (pressure gauges, thermometers) should be regularly calibrated to ensure accurate data.
