The daily maintenance and upkeep of the low-temperature rotary freeze apparatus are crucial, as they can effectively extend the equipment's lifespan and ensure operational stability. The main maintenance measures include:
Cleaning equipment: After each use, use a soft cloth to wipe off surface oil stains, dirt, and solvent residues to keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean and avoid dust affecting heat dissipation; Regularly clean the sealing ring, remove and inspect the dirt on the shaft, wipe it with a soft cloth and apply vacuum grease before reinstalling to ensure smooth operation.
• Placement location and environment: Avoid severe vibration, collision, or random disassembly; The equipment shall not be placed in areas with high temperature or direct sunlight, and the inclination during transportation shall not exceed 45 °; Maintain good ventilation in the computer room, and regularly remove scale from condensers, cooling coils, etc. to improve heat exchange efficiency.
Electrical safety inspection: Before starting up, it is necessary to firmly connect the ground wire to prevent electric shock accidents; Insert the power plug firmly to prevent the compressor from coming loose and immediately shutting down and burning out; The electrical control box is moisture-proof and liquids are strictly prohibited from entering; Regularly check electrical system parameters such as voltage and current to ensure safe operation.
• Startup and shutdown operations: First, turn on the power switch to start the machine from slow to fast; Stop the machine before turning off the switch when parking; The restart interval after power outage or malfunction should be greater than 30 minutes, and extended to more than 60 minutes when the room temperature exceeds 25 ℃ to prevent compressor damage.
• Refrigeration system maintenance: Regularly monitor refrigerant pressure and liquid level, and promptly check for leaks in case of abnormalities; Clean the surface dirt and frost of the evaporator and condenser every month to ensure efficient heat exchange; Check whether the sound and vibration of the compressor are normal, and regularly replace the lubricating oil and oil filter.
• Regular inspection and replacement: Replace compressor refrigeration oil every six months or one year; Check the integrity of the sealing strip and replace it when it ages to prevent cold air leakage; Regularly measure the internal temperature to ensure it remains within the set low temperature range (such as below -18 ℃); Timely defrosting to avoid efficiency reduction.
In addition, when a device malfunction alarm occurs, first press the stop button to turn off the alarm, and then check the cause. Do not forcefully turn on the device until the issue is resolved; Do not cut off the main power supply unless it is an emergency. When it is not used for a long time in winter, turn off the main power supply and drain the water in the system. It is recommended to follow the manufacturer's specifications for professional maintenance to avoid damage caused by self disassembly.
