Several common problems and solutions of airflow pulverizer

Airflow pulverizer is a unit type airflow pulverizer specially designed for small-scale production or experiments conducted in research institutes. It integrates the feeding part, pulverization part, and collection and exhaust part on a movable cabinet, and can be moved to the required place for pulverization under the premise of guaranteed air source and power supply.; The host casing, feeding and receiving system, and receiving pipelines are all made of high-quality stainless steel and polished, which is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to organize.
Common problems and solutions of airflow crusher:
1、 Power and startup faults
1. No response from the device after power on
Check if the power plug contacts are loose, and use a multimeter to test if the voltage is stable (220V ± 10%).
Reset protection switch: After turning off the power, press the body reset button to restart the device.
If the motor has a buzzing sound but the cutterhead does not rotate, the power should be turned off to clean any foreign objects (such as metal fragments or hard bones) stuck in the crushing chamber.
2. Immediately trip after startup
• Check for short circuits: Check if the circuit of the door protection switch and the forward/reverse travel switch is broken or loose, and repair it with insulating tape.
Check the insulation resistance of the motor (≥ 1 megohm), and replace the winding if it ages.
Adjust the feeding direction to be consistent with the rotation direction of the hammer to avoid excessive load.
2、 Blockage and abnormal suction
1. Pipeline or sieve blockage
Moisture adhesion of materials: Dry the materials until the humidity is less than 14%, and clean the accumulated materials on the inner wall of the pipeline.
• Particle size too large: Pre crush the material or adjust the size of the feed inlet.
• Physical dredging: Use compressed air (above 0.4MPa) to blow the pipeline in sections; In severe cases, soak the blocked components in 80 ℃ hot water for 15 minutes to dissolve the crystals.
2. Insufficient suction or no material suction
Check the wear of the fan blades or motor speed, test the suction strength with your palm, and replace the components if it is insufficient.
Adjust the belt tension to ensure transmission efficiency.
Optimize pipeline layout: reduce the number of bends, clean the dust bag, maintain a 1cm gap in the return air duct to maintain negative pressure.
3、 Abnormal operation and performance degradation
1. Current fluctuations or reduced production
Uniformly control the feeding speed to avoid overload.
Check the clearance between the hammer blades, adjust if it is too large; Replace aged hammer blades in a timely manner.
Clean the residue in the sieve holes to ensure smooth discharge.
2. Abnormal vibration or noise
Stop the machine and remove hard objects (such as iron wire and rubber) from the crushing chamber.
Correct rotor balance, lubricate or replace bearings.
4、 Temperature control and system malfunction
1. Equipment overheating
Clean the dust in the motor cooling channel and check the cooling fan.
Add lubricating oil when the bearing is short of oil, and replace it if it is damaged.
2. Grinding fineness does not meet the standard
Adjust the intake pressure: The higher the pressure, the faster the particle collision speed and the more thorough the crushing (to avoid excessive airflow disturbance).
• Optimize processing capacity: If it is too small, it will reduce particle collisions and needs to be adjusted according to material characteristics.

Daily maintenance suggestions
Daily: Clean the residue in the crushing chamber, check for air leaks in the compressed air pipeline and water accumulation in the oil-water separator.
• Weekly: Test the sealing of the discharge door and lubricate the transmission components.
• Monthly: Check the capacitance, clean the dust accumulation on the fan blades, and replace the damaged screen mesh.
