1. Regularly check the insulation resistance and grounding reliability of each component and control circuit in the electrical system to ensure electrical safety.

2. Check whether the eccentric wheel on the spindle is loose in each shift, and tighten it promptly if any looseness is found.

3. Check the storage capacity of paraffin oil and oil tank in each shift, and promptly replenish if insufficient. Regularly clean the paraffin oil circulation pipeline.

4. The glue pot, material box, and pill box must be cleaned thoroughly when stopped from use.

5. Check the tension level of the high-speed main engine transmission belt during each shift, regularly check whether the transmission system is running normally, and repair any problems in a timely manner.
