1. The capsule conveyor belt adopts a smooth PTFE coated TR fiber belt, which is non-toxic, non stick, and easy to clean.
2. The dryer is made of all stainless steel structure and meets GMP requirements.
3. The entire equipment adopts imported high-quality rolling bearings to ensure transmission accuracy.
4. The mold of this machine is made of precision hard aluminum alloy or copper alloy, and the corresponding heating injector and liquid distributor are made of copper alloy. All other parts in contact with the medicine are made of stainless steel material, eliminating the hidden dangers caused by traditional carbon steel chrome plating processing technology and extending the service life of the equipment.
5. All worm gears are made of copper alloy, and the worm and gears are made of high-quality steel. Strict heat treatment and processing technology ensure transmission accuracy, and have good wear resistance and low friction resistance, resulting in low reactive power loss of the equipment.
6. The rotary cage body of the dryer is made of stainless steel plate, which is easier to clean than traditional stainless steel mesh and avoids cross contamination during the production of different varieties.
7. All exposed skins of the equipment are made of stainless steel plates.
8. The dryer is equipped with a stainless steel tray inside, which is used to collect oil and other debris that falls during the drying process, and can keep the entire workshop floor clean.
9. The rotary cage of the dryer adopts oil-free lubrication transmission, and carefully selects non-toxic and high-strength polyethylene materials to make the transmission wheels, making the whole machine clean and hygienic during operation.
10. The insulation storage tank is made of all stainless steel structure.
11. The main engine gearbox is made of cast iron material, which has good shock absorption effect and ensures smooth operation of the equipment.
