Semi automatic filling machines are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. If there is a malfunction during production, it will have an undeniable impact on production. So companies need to have a better understanding of the possible situations that may arise with machinery and how to deal with them. This can ensure that the filling machine can complete production more efficiently, with high quality and low cost.
1、 Inaccurate filling volume or no discharge
1. Is the speed throttle valve and filling interval throttle valve closed? The throttle valve cannot be closed; 2. Is there any foreign object inside the quick installation three-way control valve? If so, please organize it. Is there any air inside the leather tube of the quick installation three-way control valve and filling head? If there is air, try to reduce or clean it as much as possible;
3. Check if all sealing rings are damaged. If damaged, please replace them with new ones;
4. Is there any blockage or delayed opening of the filling nozzle valve core? If there is a blockage, the valve core should be installed from the beginning in the correct position. If the opening is delayed, the thin cylinder throttle valve needs to be adjusted;
5. The elastic force of the tightening spiral spring inside the quick installation three-way control valve is too strong, and the check valve will not open if the elastic force is too strong;
6. Is the filling speed too fast? Adjust the filling speed throttle valve and decrease the filling speed;
7. Can all clamps and hose buckles be sealed properly? If so, please make corrections;
8. The magnetic switch is not loose, please lock it after adjusting the quantity each time.
2、 There are the following reasons for the material in the semi-automatic filling machine from the rear end of the material cylinder: 1. Is the material cylinder in the center position of the material cylinder bracket? If there is any movement in the material cylinder, please install it from the beginning; 2. Is the material cylinder piston and piston rod securely fastened? If there is any looseness, please tighten them; 3. Is the O-ring seal of the material cylinder piston damaged? If damaged, please replace it.
3、 After the filling machine's material cylinder piston is pushed to the top and does not return to the position of the movable magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch and adjust the movable magnetic switch from the beginning.
