Instructions for using a small electric ampoule sealing machine

1. Firstly, connect the natural gas pipe to the gas source (the needle type regulating valve interface at the bottom right of the mixing tee behind the small ampoule sealing machine);

2. Connect the power cord properly;

3. Turn on the power switch (located in the upper right corner below the device);

4. Slowly open the gas needle valve (note, if it is opened too much, it will spray a lot of fire into the lamp head, which may accidentally burn hair, so do not put your face on the lamp head when lighting) and light the lamp head;

5. Slowly open the auxiliary gas needle valve (located at the bottom left corner behind the small water needle sealing machine) until the red flames emitted by the two lamp heads turn into slender blue flames, at which point it can start working.

6. Place the ampoule that needs to be melted and sealed next to the small ampoule melting machine. Don't rush to put it into the flame of the tray. First, we need to find out if the flame is in the center of the tray. In addition, we also need to check if the ampoule is aligned and mark the height that needs to be melted and sealed (to adjust the sealing height, we only need to loosen a nut on the bracket and twist it to fix it up and down freely)

7. At this point, you can place the ampoule that has been pre filled with medication into the center of the tray and flame. When operating, be sure to slowly and evenly rotate the bottle with your left hand. When the melting point is shiny, use tweezers with your right hand to cut off the melting point;

8. After we finish our work, we must first turn off the auxiliary gas valve, and then turn off the natural gas valve.
