The equipment can adapt to ampoules of different specifications ranging from 1ml to 20ml. The equipment integrates bottle sorting, filling, and sealing processes to form an automated and coherent process. Ampoules are automatically transported without the need for manual transfer, shortening the operation cycle. The filling speed and sealing efficiency can be adjusted through the control panel to adapt to different production capacities, with a maximum processing capacity of 60-120 pieces per minute.
3. Adapt to sterile production environments and comply with industry standards
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed shell, and the parts in contact with the liquid medicine are made of 316L stainless steel with mirror polishing (smoothness of 0.4um), reducing residual and microbial risks. Reserved sterile air interface, compatible with workshop sterile systems, meeting GMP sterile requirements, suitable for injection and vaccine production.

1. Precise filling control to ensure stable dosage
By driving the metering pump and photoelectric sensor with a servo motor, the filling volume can be accurately controlled with an error of ≤± 1%. The needle can automatically adjust the insertion depth to prevent splashing, and is equipped with an anti drip device to avoid the dripping of medication, ensure accurate dosage, and reduce non-conforming products.
2. Reliable sealing process to ensure sealing performance
Using flame heating for sealing, the temperature control system adjusts the temperature and time to ensure even sealing of the ampoule mouth and avoid sealing problems. Equipped with a visual recognition detection device, it automatically eliminates sealing defects (such as bubbles and crooked heads) to ensure sealing performance.
3. Multiple protection design to reduce production risks
The equipment is equipped with protective doors, which can be opened to stop the machine and prevent contact injuries; Install a heat shield in the heating area to prevent burns; Equipped with a fault alarm system, it will sound and light an alarm and shut down in case of insufficient supply or bottle jamming, making it easy to troubleshoot and reduce the risk of accidents.
