As the "cleaning pioneer" of the production line, the QCL100-K card bottle ultrasonic cleaning silicification machine adopts multi-dimensional cleaning technology to ensure that the cleanliness of the card bottle meets strict standards. It innovatively uses ultrasonic rough washing combined with needle insertion into the bottle for three degrees of strong backwashing and fine washing, combined with four times of compressed air blowing, to remove impurities and residues in the bottle, laying a pure foundation for subsequent production processes. In terms of silicification treatment, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision silicone oil spray gun, which realizes precision spray through time pressure method.
