QCL100-K card bottle ultrasonic cleaning silicification machine:Precise cleaning, efficient and reliable
As the "cleaning pioneer" of the production line, the QCL100-K card bottle ultrasonic cleaning silicification machine adopts multi-dimensional cleaning technology to ensure that the cleanliness of the card bottle meets strict standards. It innovatively uses ultrasonic rough washing combined with needle insertion into the bottle for three degrees of strong backwashing and fine washing, combined with four times of compressed air blowing, to remove impurities and residues in the bottle, laying a pure foundation for subsequent production processes. Meanwhile, the ultrasonic power can be flexibly adjusted according to the cleaning requirements of different bottles, with strong adaptability.
In terms of silicification treatment, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision silicone oil spray gun, which realizes precision spray through time pressure method. When the intermittent rotating wheel stops, 10 cartridges are injected with silicone oil, which has excellent atomization effect, effectively ensuring uniform silicification of the inner wall of the cartridge and avoiding drug adhesion. In addition, the equipment adopts advanced electrical control system, with stepless speed regulation and complete interlocking function. The operating parameters are centrally displayed on the screen, making operation convenient and intuitive. In drug production, sterilization is a key barrier to ensure medication safety. The SZA620/43 hot air circulation sterilization and drying machine adopts a tunnel structure, which is divided into three parts: preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone. Through the principle of hot air laminar flow sterilization and disinfection, it can perform short-term high-temperature sterilization on glass containers (such as ampoules, penicillin bottles, cartridges, etc.), achieving ideal sterilization effect and reducing damage to the containers.
In terms of purification and protection, the equipment purifies laminar hot air through pre filters and high-efficiency HEPA filters, providing multi-dimensional protection for glass containers throughout the entire process of preheating, disinfection, sterilization, and cooling to avoid secondary pollution. On the control system, the equipment is equipped with PLC and human-machine interface, which can not only monitor the working condition of the machine and ensure the production process requirements, but also achieve joint control with cleaning equipment and filling and plugging equipment to display the cause, location and simple troubleshooting methods of faults in real time, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance. The use of solid-state relays and phase-shifting controllers to regulate temperature not only improves the accuracy of constant temperature, but also extends the service life of the heating tube; There is a chain monitoring and protection device on the control circuit. If the oven temperature does not reach the set temperature during startup, the control system will automatically cut off the power to ensure that the bottle washing machine does not work blindly; After the shutdown after work, the temperature of the oven slowly decreases, and the fan continues to operate. When the temperature drops to the set value of 100 ℃, it automatically shuts down without the need for operators to be on duty, improving operational safety and convenience. In addition, the temperature of each hot zone can be set arbitrarily on the human-machine interface, displaying the heating temperature curve at any time and saving temperature records for 15 working days, making it convenient for enterprises to check and analyze production data. The standard mesh belt ultrasonic cleaning function and three temperature zone air pressure automatic balancing function further enhance the practicality and stability of the equipment.
In terms of technical parameters, the equipment is suitable for 1.8-3ml cartridge bottles, with a production capacity of up to 300 bottles per minute. The effective width of the conveyor belt is 600mm, and the sterilization temperature can reach up to 350 ℃. The normal operating noise is ≤ 75 decibels, and the normal service life is ≥ 10 years. It can provide long-term stable service for pharmaceutical production. The device adopts a fully servo motor driven model, and the main motion parameters can be flexibly set and adjusted on the touch screen, with convenient operation and high accuracy.
In terms of operation mode, the equipment innovatively adopts a continuous bottle feeding+intermittent bottom stopper+intermittent filling+intermittent capping+continuous bottle conveying method, which runs stably and quickly, effectively improving production efficiency. At the same time, the application of new circular guide rail conveying technology ensures high precision in the position of 12 head filling and 12 head capping, ensuring accurate filling dosage and intact capping sealing for each bottle of medicine. The filling pump adopts a ceramic rotary valve pump to further improve the filling accuracy and ensure that the error is controlled within ± 1% (each filling pump piston is driven by a set of servo motors), meeting the production needs of high-precision drugs such as anesthetics.
