Daily maintenance of fully automatic pre filling production line

The fully automatic pre filling production line has great flexibility and can adapt to the needs of multi variety production.   Daily maintenance
1. Security system inspection
Before starting up, confirm that the emergency stop button, protective door, and other safety devices are functioning properly, that the grounding circuit is not loose, and that foreign objects and liquid residues in the operating area are eliminated.
Check the pneumatic components (water filter, oil mist filter), drain and replenish lubricating oil to the standard oil level in a timely manner.
2. Run time monitoring
Listen to the sound of equipment operation, observe whether there is abnormal vibration or overheating in the motor and bearings, and immediately stop the machine for maintenance if any abnormalities are found.
During the filling process, it is strictly prohibited to touch moving parts (such as filling heads and conveyor belts) to avoid mechanical damage and safety accidents.
  Periodic maintenance
1. Weekly maintenance
• Cleaning and hygiene: Disassemble contact parts such as filling valves and pipelines, thoroughly rinse with food grade cleaning agents, and remove material solidification residues.
Air circuit inspection: Test the sensitivity of the solenoid valve response, identify air leakage points in the pneumatic pipeline, and replace aging air pipes.
2. Monthly maintenance
Mechanical component maintenance:
Lubricate the transmission parts such as chains and bearings, and use the specified type of lubricating oil/grease for the equipment.
Calibrate the filling accuracy and use standard measuring tools to verify the error (target value ≤± 1%).
Electrical system testing: tighten the wiring terminals, clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet, and check the sensitivity of the sensors.
3. Annual in-depth maintenance
Replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox, check the wear of the gears and worm, and adjust the chain tension.
Thoroughly verify the PLC program and servo system parameters, and upgrade the control system software (if updated).
  Key precautions
1. Shutdown maintenance standards:
Long term shutdown requires emptying the pipeline materials, applying rust proof oil to the smooth surface components, and covering with dust-proof cloth.
Perform a no-load test before restarting to confirm that all components reset normally.
2. Special material handling:
After filling with viscous sauce, the valve body should be immediately disassembled and rinsed with hot water to prevent blockage.
After completing the corrosive liquid operation, it is necessary to blow the pipeline with inert gas.
