The structural components of a detachable drying granulator

The structural design of the detachable dry granulation machine is centered around modularity and convenient disassembly, mainly consisting of the following components:
1、 Feeding module
Feeding device
Adopting a spiral conveying mechanism (screw), the feeding speed is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation to achieve uniform conveying of materials.
Some models are equipped with bucket elevators or vibrating screens for material pre screening and degassing treatment.
2、 Tablet granulation module
1. Pressure roller component
Composed of a pair of relatively rotating pressure wheels, the powder is compressed into flakes by adjusting the pressure through a hydraulic system.
Adopting a detachable roller shaft design for easy maintenance or replacement of worn parts.
2. Split type ring mold structure
The ring mold consists of two semi-circular modules (the first ring mold part and the second ring mold part) assembled by clamps or locking screws for quick disassembly and assembly.
A feeding port is set on the surface of the ring mold, which is connected to the storage part of the feeding module.
3、 Whole grain module
1. Crushing and granulation chamber
It includes a crushing knife, a whole particle rotating cage, and a sieve, which cuts sheet materials into particles through high-speed rotation.
The gap between the sieve and the whole particle cage can be adjusted, supporting the screening of particles of different sizes.
2. Quickly replace the screen mesh
The whole screen mesh is fixed with buckles or bolts, making it easy to disassemble, clean or replace with different aperture specifications.
4、 Auxiliary system
1. Hydraulic lifting mechanism
By driving the oil cylinder with an electric oil pump, the feeding mechanism can be lifted and lowered, which is convenient for equipment cleaning or maintenance.
2. Cooling system
Adopting a circulating water cooling device, the surface of the pressure roller is forcibly cooled through a rotating joint to prevent material from overheating and sticking.
3. Dust removal and screening device
The integrated dust collector reduces dust pollution, and the screening device can directly separate finished particles from fine powder, improving efficiency.
4. Electric control system
Based on the PLC touch screen as the core, the variable frequency speed regulation function of the feeding, pressing, and whole granule modules is integrated to achieve parameter visualization adjustment.
5、 Detachable design features
1. Modular connection: The feeding, extrusion, and granulation modules are connected through flanges or quick release interfaces, supporting independent disassembly and maintenance.
2. Fastener optimization: Adopting ear plates and nut locking structures to simplify the disassembly process and reduce tool dependence.
3. Surface treatment: Components in contact with materials, such as pressure wheels and mesh screens, are made of stainless steel material for easy disassembly, cleaning, or disinfection.
The structure of the detachable drying granulator is designed with modularity and quick disassembly, significantly improving equipment maintenance efficiency and adaptability, especially suitable for laboratory or scenarios that require frequent material replacement.
