1、 Working principle
1. Extrusion molding stage
The material is fed into the feeding system between two parallel rotating rollers, and under the action of high-strength extrusion force, the powdered or small particle material is compressed into a dense sheet-like or cake like structure. During this process, the gap between the rollers can be adjusted to control particle density and size, and the pressure can be precisely adjusted through a hydraulic system.
2. Crushing and granulation stage
After subsequent crushing and screening processes, the formed sheet-like materials form uniform particles. The extrusion process not only eliminates air between particles, but also enhances particle strength through intermolecular forces such as van der Waals forces and crystal bridge effects.
3. Transmission and Drive
The fixed roller is driven to rotate by a motor, while the movable roller operates synchronously through friction and a transmission device to ensure that the material is continuously and uniformly compressed.

Dry forming: No need to add wetting agents or subsequent drying steps to ensure product purity, suitable for heat sensitive materials.
Efficient and energy-saving: Short process flow, low energy consumption, few auxiliary equipment, high output.
High particle strength: The particle packing density and strength formed by high-pressure extrusion are significantly better than other granulation methods.
2. Structure and Design
Wear resistant material: The rollers are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, which extends their service life.
Automated control: supports hydraulic adjustment of pressure and roller clearance, flexible operation, and high degree of automation.
Closed system: reduces dust pollution and meets environmental production requirements.
3. Application adaptability
Diverse particle shapes: can produce various particle shapes such as semi-circular, rod-shaped, pill shaped, etc.
Widely applicable fields: Suitable for industries such as building materials, mining and metallurgy, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, etc., especially for scenarios where material stacking density needs to be increased.
