1、 Daily maintenance
1. Check before startup
Wipe the parts in contact with the material (such as mixing pots, cutting knives) with 75% alcohol and clean the surface;
Check if the fasteners (bolts, nuts) are loose and if the transmission components (bearings, worm gears) are flexible;
Verify the rotation direction and flexibility of the mixing blade and cutting knife to ensure no abnormal noise;
Maintain a stable compressed air pressure of 0.6 MPa to avoid pressure fluctuations affecting the granulation effect.
2. Monitoring during operation
Continuous operation for no more than 20 hours per day to prevent motor overheating or increased component wear;
Real time observation of particle forming status, and timely shutdown for troubleshooting in case of abnormalities.
3. Post shutdown processing
Immediately remove any material residue from the mixing pot, sieve, and pipeline to prevent blockage after drying;
Dismantle the rotating drum or mixing bowl, clean it thoroughly, dry it thoroughly, and store it.
2、 Lubrication management
1. Lubrication cycle
Lubricating grease should be replenished or replaced every six months for parts such as gearboxes and bearings, and the oil level should not be lower than the centerline of the dipstick;
Check the lubrication status of transmission components (such as motor synchronous belts and gearboxes) monthly.
2. Key lubrication points
The worm gear transmission system needs to be regularly coated with high-temperature resistant lubricating grease;
Add lubricating grease to the chassis oil cup every week to maintain smooth transmission.
3、 Component inspection and replacement
1. Monthly inspection
Check the wear of the cutting blade and mixing blade, repair or replace deformed/worn parts;
Confirm the airtightness of the sealing ring (pot cover, discharge port), and replace aging parts in a timely manner.
2. Half year maintenance
Check the wear of the motor synchronous belt and adjust the tension of the drive belt to a moderate state;
Clean the dust from the distribution box, tighten the wiring terminals, and check the operating status of the frequency converter.
4、 Cleaning and Material Handling
1. Equipment cleaning
After each production, use compressed air to blow the dust inside the equipment to avoid cross contamination;
Before long-term shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the interior of the host, remove oil stains and residual powder.
2. Raw material management
Different materials require adjustment of processing methods, regular inspection of raw material quality, and optimization of process parameters.
5、 Shutdown and long-term maintenance
1. Long term disuse treatment
After wiping the entire body of the equipment, apply anti rust oil to the metal surface and cover it with a dust cover;
The storage environment should be dry and clean, avoiding contact with acidic or corrosive gases.
2. Annual maintenance
Disassemble the main motor to clean the internal oil stains, check the aging condition of electrical components and replace them;
Re calibrate the equipment gap and adjust the position of the anti rotation block to ensure operational stability.
6、 Safety and operational standards
1. Safe operation
Overloading operation is prohibited, and the dust concentration of ethanol materials must be strictly controlled;
The sensing distance of the proximity switch needs to be calibrated regularly to prevent sudden shutdown faults.
2. Fault handling
When the shaft seal leaks, priority should be given to checking the sealing ring and replacing damaged parts in a timely manner;
The power supply wiring or frequency converter overload reset should be checked when the agitator stops running.
