1、 Key maintenance points for core components
1. Adjustment of roller gap
Precise adjustment: The rolling distance is controlled by manual bolts or hydraulic systems, and the gap is increased when the material hardness/particle size is high, and decreased when it is not; After adjustment, it is necessary to conduct a no-load trial run to verify the particle size of the discharged material, and it can only be put into operation after reaching the standard.
Safe operation: It is strictly prohibited to adjust with materials. The machine must be stopped and powered off before operation to avoid damage to the roller surface or equipment failure.
2. Roller surface and pressure roller maintenance
Wear monitoring: Monthly inspection of the depth and wear status of roller surface dents, severe wear requiring repair or replacement; The roller diameter needs to be ≥ 9 times the particle size of the raw material to ensure crushing efficiency.
Paired use: The new and old ring molds and pressure rollers must be assembled in pairs, and the bolt holes must be cleaned of impurities and tightened with a torque wrench to prevent component breakage.
3. Lubrication system management
Gears and chains: Apply high-temperature resistant butter every week to reduce dry wear and tear.
Bearings and reducers: Lubricate the bearings every 3 months and replace the gear oil every 4 months to avoid jamming or overheating.
2、 Daily operation standards
1. Start stop process
Before starting, ensure that downstream equipment (such as conveyors) is running to prevent material accumulation; Start the roller with no load and feed it evenly after stable operation.
Empty the materials inside the machine before shutdown to avoid residual clumping that may affect the next operation.
2. Foreign objects and material control
It is strictly prohibited for metal debris to enter the roller room. If found, immediately stop the machine for cleaning to prevent the roller shaft from breaking.
The moisture content of the raw material should be ≤ 15% to prevent the roller from sticking and reducing the granulation efficiency.
3. Operation monitoring
Real time monitoring of bearing abnormal noise, detection of motor temperature and vibration amplitude, emergency shutdown for maintenance in case of abnormalities.
Check the tightness of bolts every shift to ensure that moving parts are not stuck.
3、 Periodic maintenance plan
1. Daily: Clean the hopper and residual materials at the inlet/outlet, check the sealing and prevent leakage.
2. Weekly: Lubricate the gear chain, clean the dust collector and fan for dust accumulation.
3. Monthly: Evaluate the wear depth of the roller surface and check the stability of the electrical system.
4. Quarterly: Oil replenishment for bearings, gear oil replacement for reducers, comprehensive maintenance of rotors and seals.
5. Long term shutdown: Run without load for half an hour every half month to prevent the aging of the hydraulic system seal ring.
Note: The maintenance cycle needs to be dynamically adjusted according to the wear and tear of materials (such as high wear scenarios in mining), and strictly follow the operating specifications in the equipment manual.
