The multi-layer belt dryer adopts a continuous multi-layer drying design. The material is evenly laid on a stainless steel mesh belt (12-60 mesh) through a feeder, and moves layer by layer in the drying chamber through a transmission device. The hot air system adopts independent circulation units, and each layer is equipped with independent heating devices (steam/electricity/gas). The hot air penetrates the material layer vertically or horizontally, and the moisture evaporates and is discharged by the dehumidification fan. The drying process is divided into three stages: initial drying stage (rapid dehydration at high temperature of 120 ℃), intermediate stage (constant temperature regulation), and final drying stage (shaping at low temperature of 60 ℃). The three-stage temperature gradient design ensures stable material quality.
Multi layer belt dryerstructural characteristics
•Modular drying unitThe drying chamber consists of 3-5 independent units, with adjustable mesh belt speed for each layer (0.1-5m/min), and supports segmented control of hot air temperature (± 2 ℃ accuracy) and humidity.
•Efficient Thermal Cycle SystemEquipped with multi-stage heat recovery devices, the utilization rate of exhaust waste heat reaches over 70%, and energy consumption is reduced by 40% compared to single-layer equipment.
•intelligent control systemIntegrated PLC human-machine interface, real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, mesh belt speed and other parameters at each layer, supporting formula storage and remote monitoring.
•Corrosion resistant designThe contact material components are made of 304 stainless steel, and the transmission system is equipped with dust-proof seals to adapt to acidic and alkaline environments.
