Weighing and sorting machine is a device used for weighing and sorting heavy objects, which can be widely applied in logistics, warehouses, factories and other fields. The equipment includes multiple components such as weighing sensors, electronic controllers, conveyor belts, drivers, sorting devices, etc., which can automatically complete the process of measurement and processing.
Today, the editor will take you to understand the operating procedures of the weighing and sorting machine.
1、 Environmental preparation
Before performing any operation, it is necessary to understand and follow the following basic regulations:
1. Operators must be familiar with the operating procedures of the equipment and comply with them to ensure the operation of the equipment.
2. Operators must wear safety helmets, work clothes, gloves and other protective measures.
3. The operator must check whether the equipment installation is stable, whether the conveyor belt is balanced, and whether there are any abnormal noises or other abnormal situations. If necessary, the maintenance engineer should be notified in a timely manner for handling.
4. When placing items that need to be weighed, the operator should pay attention to placing them from the center to ensure a balanced center of gravity.
5. When placing items, it is necessary to ensure that any debris, tools, and equipment do not affect the operation.
2、 Equipment operation
1. Confirm whether the device is in normal working condition. Before starting up, verify that the device connections are secure, switches, power cords, etc. are within normal operating range, and there are no short circuits or other situations outside the operable range.
2. Start the device. Turn on the power, press the start button, and check if the motor is running normally.
3. Adjust the sorter. When items pass through the conveyor belt, the equipment will automatically weigh and sort them. In case of any abnormal situation, the angle, inclination and other parameters of the sorter need to be adjusted to ensure accurate sorting and transportation of items to the designated location.
4. Safe shutdown. If the device needs to be shut down during normal operation, first turn off the power button and then press the stop button to ensure that the device is safely stopped.
