1、 Select the unit and number of the time relay according to the packaging specifications, and the digital dialing should be determined based on the filling specifications. Generally, the measurement unit should be (sec) seconds. The time relay is accurate to 1% of a second.
2、 Adjust the opening of the ball valve above the filling head according to the filling specifications. When the filling specification is large, the valve should be opened larger. When the filling specification is small, the valve should be opened smaller. When the material is foaming, the valve should be opened smaller, and for non foaming materials, the valve should be opened larger.
3、 Connect the power, start the air compressor, and set the compressed air pressure to 0.6Mpa (6kg/cm), which is already set before the new machine leaves the factory.
4、 Open the feed valve and allow the material to enter the top hopper of the filling machine. Accurate filling can only be ensured when the material reaches the specified liquid level during each filling process.
5、 Adjust the digital dial of the time relay to an appropriate position (depending on the filling specifications, small sizes should choose small numbers, such as 1-9, and large sizes should choose large numbers, such as 10-90, etc.). Place the measuring cup or bottle under the filling head, step on the foot switch to let the material flow out. After the filling valve automatically closes, pour out the material or replace the bottle for the second filling, and measure the filling amount according to the following formula:
Filling specification/filling volume (calculated value) X time=required time or
Current time/actual filling quantity packaging specifications=required time
Adjust the time relay to the desired time value, refill the measurement, and make a small adjustment if there is an error until it meets the specifications.
6、 Aim the bottle at the filling nozzle and press the foot switch. With each press, you can fill one bottle.
Attention: (1) Do not touch the foot switch when there are no bottles.
(2) When the machine is repaired or stopped after completing work, please close the manual ball valve of the upper feeding pipe to prevent the overflow of liquid and damage to the machine.
