1、 Preparation in advance
1. Safety precautions
Before operating the multi-layer belt dryer, it is necessary to understand the user manual and follow the relevant safety requirements and standards to ensure that it can be used and operated normally. Here are some common safety precautions:
(3) The power must be disconnected during any maintenance or cleaning;
(2) Avoid placing hands or clothing near the moving parts of the machine;
(1) Any disassembly or assembly must be carried out in a safe place to ensure that the machine does not tip over or slide.
2. Equipment preparation
Before using a multi-layer belt dryer, please ensure that the equipment is properly prepared, including:
(1) Necessary tools and spare parts;
(2) Cleaning and disinfection of machines;
(3) Ensure that all conveyor belts and moving parts are clean, tidy, and free from rust or scratches;
(4) Ensure that the processed materials meet the performance requirements of the dryer.
2、 Operating procedures
1. Pre startup inspection
Before using a multi-layer belt dryer, equipment inspection must be carried out according to the following steps:
(1) Ensure that all devices are correct, free from defects or damage, and have taken measures to repair them;
(2) Check and clear the discharge pipeline;
(3) Ensure that all switches are in the off state and adjust the layout and machine position as needed.
2. Multi layer belt dryer starts up
(1) Connect the power supply according to the instructions in the user manual;
(2) Open the selector for selecting the drying speed at the appropriate position;
(3) Close the protective cover to open the conveyor belt and start rotating it;
(4) Wait for the drying room to warm up and ensure that the temperature reaches the set point;
(5) Put the materials onto the conveyor belt and automatically transfer them to the next work area;
(6) Set the frequency and speed of the conveyor belt according to the material being processed, drying temperature, and time requirements.
3. Shut down the multi-layer belt dryer
After the drying task of the multi-layer belt dryer is completed, it must be shut down according to the following steps:
(1) After the material has completely passed through the conveyor belt, gradually reduce the temperature and wind speed of the drying chamber by adjusting the selector position;
(2) Disconnect the power and thoroughly remove any residue from the conveyor belt and drying chamber.
