1、 Preparation before operation
1. Check the equipment status signs to confirm that the equipment is in a "cleaned" state and within its validity period.
2. Check if the room, ancillary equipment, etc. are in a 'cleaned' state and within their validity period.
3. Check if the supply status of water, electricity, and steam meets production requirements.
4. Check if the cooling water pipe and feed pipe are intact and securely connected.
5. Check if the atomizer is in normal condition.
6. Check whether all movable devices (such as star valves, steam flow valves, fans, pumps, etc.) are flexible and whether they are stuck.
7. Is the position of the air damper adjusted correctly.
二、操作方法
1. Open the steam valve of the steam heater.
2. Start the induced draft fan.
3. Activate three sets of electric heaters
4. After the induced draft fan operates normally, turn on the cooling water nozzle, start the oil pump, and press the "nozzle on" button.
5. Place the feeding tube of the feeding pump into the drinking water tank and start the feeding pump to spray water.
6. When the intake temperature reaches 160 ℃, move the feeding pipe of the feeding pump into the liquid medicine tank, turn on the feeding speed controller to adjust the feeding amount, and maintain the intake temperature between 160 ℃~180 ℃ and the exhaust temperature between 95 ℃~105 ℃.
7. When the powder hopper is about to be filled, stop the feeding pump, close the three sets of electric heaters and steam valves, close the nozzle and oil pump, stop the induced draft fan, and discharge the material.
8. After discharging, proceed with the next drying operation according to the above steps.
3、 Shutdown operation
1. After the last batch of liquid is sprayed, move the feed pipe of the feeding pump into the drinking water tank, spray water into the dryer to cool down, and clean the feed pipe and feeding pump at the same time.
2. Close three sets of electric heaters and steam valves, gradually reduce the water intake to maintain the exhaust temperature at around 90 ℃.
3. When the intake temperature drops to 100 ℃~120 ℃, stop the feeding pump, then stop the nozzle and oil pump, and finally stop the induced draft fan to collect the powder in the powder receiving bucket.
