2、 Precautions during operation
1. Feeding sequence: The mixing motor should be started first, followed by gradual feeding. It is forbidden to start after filling up the material to avoid damaging the motor, bearings, or mixing shaft.
2. Material loading capacity: The volume of materials should not exceed 60% -70% of the total capacity of the equipment, otherwise it may affect the mixing effect or damage the equipment.
3. Speed control: The stirring speed is usually 5-20 revolutions per minute, which needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material to avoid material clumping or equipment vibration caused by excessive speed.
4. Vacuum and Heating: After starting the vacuum system, hot water, steam, or thermal oil (temperature 50-100 ℃) is introduced through the jacket to evenly heat the material.
