The WFJ series micro grinder is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine, and electric control box. It has various properties such as air selection, no screen, and uniform particle size. The production process is continuous and suitable for crushing brittle materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
1、 Working principle of WFJ series micro grinder
1Material feeding stage
The material to be crushed is uniformly fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding system (such as feeding hopper, screw conveyor), and the feeding speed can be adjusted according to the material characteristics and crushing requirements to avoid excessive feeding at once, which may cause blockage in the chamber.
2Grinding stage inside the cavity
The rotor inside the crushing chamber rotates at high speed, driving the grinding gear or hammer inside the chamber to move, and forming shear and impact effects with the gear ring fixed on the chamber wall; The material is repeatedly impacted and ground under high-speed mechanical force, gradually breaking into small particles and achieving ultrafine crushing.
3Graded screening stage
The crushed material enters the grading system with the airflow, and the grading wheel rotates at a preset speed to screen the material particle size through centrifugal force; Fine powder that meets the requirements enters the collection stage with the airflow, while coarse powder with particle size exceeding the standard is intercepted by the classification wheel and then falls back to the crushing chamber for further crushing, ensuring uniform particle size of the finished product.
4Finished product collection stage
Qualified fine powder airflow enters the collection system, and gas-solid separation is achieved through bag filter or cyclone separator. The fine powder is collected in the finished product warehouse, and the separated clean air is discharged through the exhaust port to complete the entire crushing process.
2、 The main structural components of WFJ series micro pulverizer
1feeding system
Composed of a feeding hopper, regulating valve, and screw conveyor (or vibrating feeder), responsible for stably and uniformly conveying materials to the crushing chamber; Adjusting the valve can control the feeding amount, adapt to materials with different flowability, and avoid feeding fluctuations affecting the crushing effect.
2crushing system
The core includes a crushing chamber, high-speed rotor, crushing gear disc (or hammer), and fixed gear ring; The rotor is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed, and the gear disk/hammer plate cooperates with the gear ring to form a crushing area. The material is crushed through mechanical force, and the inner wall of the cavity is smooth, reducing material residue.
3Grading system
Including grading wheels, drive motors, and airflow guidance devices; The speed of the grading wheel can be adjusted by the control system, and the particle size of the screened fine powder can be controlled by the speed change. The guiding device assists in the stable flow of air flow, ensuring the continuous and accurate grading process.
4collection system
Composed of a cyclone separator, a bag filter, and a finished product warehouse; The cyclone separator first performs preliminary separation on the airflow containing powder, and the bag filter further filters fine dust to ensure the collection rate of finished products while avoiding dust leakage and environmental pollution. The finished product warehouse is used to temporarily store the crushed fine powder.
5Drive and Control System
Equipped with a main motor (driving rotor) and a graded motor, the motor power is matched according to the equipment model; The control system includes a control panel that can set parameters such as rotor speed, grading wheel speed, and feed speed, and display the real-time operating status of the equipment for easy monitoring and adjustment by operators.
