  Single layer belt dryerIt is a continuous drying equipment that heats and dries materials in a drying chamber through a single-layer conveyor belt. It is widely used in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and agriculture, and is suitable for drying various granular, flaky, and strip-shaped materials. The single-layer belt dryer has become the preferred equipment for material drying in many industries due to its simple structure, easy operation, and uniform drying.
The working principle of a single-layer belt dryer is based on heat conduction and convective heat transfer. The material is evenly distributed on the conveyor belt through the feeding device, and as the conveyor belt moves, the material enters the drying chamber. In the drying room, hot air is evenly blown onto the surface of the material through a hot air circulation system, removing moisture from the material and achieving the purpose of drying. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.

1. Site preparation
Site selection: Choose a well ventilated and spacious location for installation to facilitate operation and maintenance.
Basic construction: Strengthen the foundation according to the weight of the equipment to ensure its stability. This usually involves pouring concrete or using embedded parts to secure equipment.
2. Equipment acceptance and preparation
Equipment acceptance: Conduct a comprehensive acceptance of the dryer before installation to confirm that all components are intact and undamaged.
Accessory preparation: Prepare necessary accessories such as pipes, valves, sealing materials, etc., and check if they meet the specifications.
3. Installation and implementation steps
a. Main installation
Placement of equipment: Place the dryer body on the prepared foundation according to the design drawings and adjust it to a horizontal state.
Pipeline connection: Connect the inlet and outlet ducts and exhaust ducts to ensure good sealing at the interface and prevent leakage.
b. Electrical wiring
Power connection: Connect the power cord of the dryer to the distribution box and check if the voltage meets the equipment requirements.
Control system debugging: Complete the initial setup and testing of the control system according to the instructions to ensure that all functions operate normally.
4. No load trial operation
No load test run: Start the equipment without any materials and observe whether the equipment runs smoothly and whether there are any abnormal noises or vibrations.
Parameter calibration: Fine tune key parameters such as temperature and speed based on actual operating conditions to meet process requirements.
5. Load trial operation
Load trial operation: Add an appropriate amount of materials for trial operation to further test the equipment performance and drying effect.
Data recording: Record various data during the trial operation period, including but not limited to energy consumption, output, product quality, etc., to provide a basis for subsequent formal production.
6. Installation acceptance
Performance verification: Verify whether the actual drying effect of the dryer meets the standard by comparing theoretical values with measured values.
Safety inspection: Conduct a comprehensive check on the safety protection devices of the equipment, such as emergency stop buttons, protective barriers, etc., to ensure their effectiveness.
