Application case of egg white liquid and protein concentrate spray drying tower

LPG series centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in liquid forming process. It is suitable for producing powder and granular solid products from solutions, lotion, suspended lotion and paste liquids. Therefore, centrifugal spray drying is an ideal drying process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product meet accurate standards. This series of spray dryers can be widely used in food, chemicals, medicine, ceramics and other industries.
The main technical parameters and specifications of the egg white concentrate drying tower are as follows:
Protein concentrate (45% dry matter, the product of protein enzymolysis, the mixed solution containing small molecule protein, amino acid and polypeptide) is dried by spray tower to obtain powder products (96% dry matter), with an annual output of 4500 tons. Produce 330 days a year, 24 hours a day continuously. The drying strength is about 10% lower than that of milk powder.
Note:
1. The drying strength is designed to be about 10% lower than that of milk powder.
2. The powder spraying tower needs to consider cleaning time and appropriate maintenance time.
The dry matter is 96%, with a bulk density of 462.4kg/m ³ at 180 degrees Celsius (maximum wind temperature designed to be 220 degrees Celsius) and 38 kilograms of saturated steam pressure. After pressure reduction, it has good flowability and is made of 316L 2B material for parts that come into contact with materials similar to water, and 304 2B material for parts that do not come into contact with materials (such as air inlet ducts).
