The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is mainly used for drying processes in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life, we should follow the following operating procedures.
1. Preparation work
Before starting the device, the following preparations need to be made:
(1) Check if the power cord is well grounded and meets the power standards;
(2) Check the appearance of the equipment, whether the protective cover, machine, etc. are intact;
(3) Check if the internal space of the equipment is clean, and promptly remove any foreign objects. Check if the vacuum pump of the equipment is operating normally and if there is sufficient vacuum.
2. Turn on the power
Connect the device to power and check if the following devices are working properly:
(1) Control power switch, control equipment start stop;
(2) Operate the screen and corresponding control buttons to set parameters such as temperature, time, speed, etc;
(3) The working status of the vacuum pump.
3. Adding materials
According to the production process requirements, the materials should be added to the drying bucket. It is important to note that the amount of materials added should not be too large, and should be determined based on the capacity of the drying bucket and the properties of the product.
4. Start the device
After completing the above preparation work, follow the prompts on the operation screen to correctly set various process parameters and start the dryer. During the start-up of the equipment, attention should be paid to observing the operation of various parts of the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
5. Complete the operation
After the drying is completed within the set drying time, use the operations on the operation screen to stop the device from running. Place the dried material in the designated location, clean the inside and outside of the equipment, turn off the equipment and cut off the power.
