The principle of enamel double cone rotary vacuum dryer
Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure, steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a sealed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside the tank continuously mix, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing drying.
The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in vapor pressure causes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is discharged to the surface, and these three processes are carried out continuously, achieving the drying purpose of the material in a very short time.
Precautions for using enamel double cone rotary vacuum dryer:
1. Turn on: Press the drum motor button, start the power supply of the regulating machine, and slowly increase the control speed from zero, usually six revolutions per minute.
2. Turn off: Slowly adjust the regulating machine drum to zero, turn off the regulating machine power, and turn off the drum motor button.
3. Be sure to pay attention to the forward and reverse operation. After the drum is closed, wait until the motor stops rotating before controlling the forward and reverse rotation, otherwise the motor will be damaged. The method for determining forward and reverse rotation should be counterclockwise when viewed from the side of the motor, and reverse rotation is not allowed.
4. When the screw feeder or screw discharge machine is running, it is forbidden to insert hands into its inner wall for operation to prevent twisting injuries.
5. Before cleaning the inner wall, it is necessary to apply for and obtain relevant documents from the relevant department before the operator can enter the drum and take out the drum bag.
6. After each shift of equipment use, the machine chamber must be cleaned thoroughly. When feeding the drum, attention should be paid to high-altitude operations and protective equipment such as masks and gloves should be worn.
7. When climbing onto the drum platform for operation, safety belts and helmets must be worn.
8. Personnel are strictly prohibited from approaching during drum operation to prevent mechanical injury.
9. When pouring finished products into the hopper, there should be no metal or other impurities mixed in to avoid accidents.
10. The feeding speed should be slow and uniform.
11. The main power must be turned off when the drum is used for discharging, suctioning, and shoveling operations.
12. Attention should be paid when extracting materials. Slowly rotate and stop at the appropriate position (with the drum mouth tilted against the operating table). When installing pipelines, pay attention to safety and prevent excessive amounts. There should be no hard objects in the material. After washing, the suction hose must be removed before turning.
13. During the heating operation, there must be a vacuum inside the drum, otherwise the flushing or explosion may occur.
