The working principle of the fully automatic rotary drum dryer is to vaporize and discharge the moisture in the material through the heating process, thereby achieving the goal of reducing the moisture content of the material. Its core structure includes heating source, feeding machine, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloader, and distribution cabinet. After being fed into the dryer from one end, the wet material is evenly distributed and dispersed inside the dryer by flipping the plate reader evenly distributed in the inner cylinder, and fully contacts with the hot air flowing in parallel (counter current), accelerating the heat and mass transfer driving force of drying. During the drying process, the material can be controlled to move to the other end of the dryer and be discharged as finished products under the action of inclined plates and hot air flow.
The structural composition of the fully automatic rotary drum dryer mainly includes the following parts:
• Heat source: Provides thermal energy, usually hot air, high-temperature flue gas, or water vapor.
• Feeding machine and feeder: responsible for feeding materials into the dryer.
Rotary drum: a slightly inclined and rotatable cylindrical body, in which wet materials enter from the upper part of one end and dry materials are collected from the lower part of the other end.
• Discharge machine: discharge the dried material.
Induced draft fan: Provides power for the flow of hot air.
Unloader: used to discharge dried materials.
Distribution cabinet: controls the operation of the entire dryer.
In addition, the cylinder design of the rotary drum dryer has a certain inclination to ensure that the material moves from the feeding end to the discharging end under the action of gravity. The steam pipeline on the inner wall of the cylinder can be temperature adjusted according to the characteristics of the material and the processing capacity, effectively heating the material and promoting moisture separation and vaporization. The rotational motion of the cylinder further ensures the uniform heating of the powder material and the discharge of plastic powder. The dried material moves from high to low under the action of gravity and is discharged from the cylinder through the rotating feeder at the discharge end.
