Equipment process principle of vacuum rake dryer
Date: 2025-03-05Read: 7
Vacuum rake dryer is a drying equipment widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other fields. Its process principle is to form a gas-solid interface on the surface of the material at low temperature and low pressure, promoting the evaporation of water in the material and achieving the purpose of drying.
The equipment process principle of vacuum rake dryer:
1. Vacuum drying
Vacuum drying is a drying process and the foundation for vacuum rake drying machines to achieve drying. Vacuum drying is the use of low-pressure and low-temperature environments in a vacuum environment to form a gas-solid interface on the surface of a material, causing the moisture in the material to evaporate at low temperature and pressure. Vacuum drying is a drying process that can be completed at low temperature and low pressure, avoiding the influence of high temperature and high pressure on materials.
2. Rake dryer
Rake dryer is a common drying equipment, which is characterized by mechanically lifting the material during the drying process, so that the material can be uniformly heated. The drying effect of the rake dryer is relatively good, which can avoid the impact of excessive temperature on the material. Another characteristic of the rake dryer is that the flowability of the material is relatively good during the drying process, which can avoid problems such as material jamming and accumulation.
3. Vacuum rake drying machine
The vacuum rake dryer combines the characteristics of vacuum drying and rake dryer, and is a drying equipment that mechanically lifts materials at low temperature and low pressure. In a vacuum environment, the evaporation temperature of moisture decreases, allowing for drying at lower temperatures. This not only protects the material but also achieves better drying results.
In a vacuum rake dryer, after the material is placed in the drying chamber, a gas-solid interface is formed on the surface of the material by adjusting the vacuum degree and temperature of the drying chamber. The moisture in the material evaporates due to the influence of energy, and the evaporated moisture is discharged by the vacuum system. During the drying process, the material is mechanically raked up to evenly heat it, thereby improving the drying effect and reducing the contact between the material and the dryer wall to avoid material deterioration.
