The structural composition of the laboratory boiling dryer can be divided into the following core modules:
1. Boiling bed host
Core drying component, built-in porous distribution plate, uses hot air to make the material in a fluidized boiling state, achieving efficient heat and mass transfer.
2. Heating system
Contains electric heaters, steam heaters, or gas heating devices used to heat air to a set temperature and provide a heat source for drying.
3. Dust removal system
Usually equipped with cyclone separators and bag filters, the former separates large particles of dust, while the latter captures fine particles. They can be used separately or in combination according to the characteristics of the material.
4. Induced draft system
Driven by induced draft fan or high-pressure centrifugal fan, maintain a stable negative pressure environment in the drying room and promote hot air circulation.
5. Filtering system
Equipped with air filters or inlet air filtration devices to ensure clean air entering the system and avoid contaminating materials.
6. Control system
Integrated control panel and electrical control unit, supporting real-time monitoring and adjustment of parameters such as temperature, wind speed, humidity, etc.
Note: Laboratory models usually adopt compact designs, and some components (such as dust collectors) may be simplified according to material characteristics.
