1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: It is necessary to confirm the sealing of the drum, the condition of the transmission components, and the integrity of the scraper to avoid material leakage or uneven drying caused by cracks or wear.
2. Safety protection: Operators should wear heat-resistant gloves, protective goggles, and use dust masks if necessary to ensure good ventilation and no flammable materials in the working environment.
2、 Operational parameter control
1. Temperature regulation: Adjust the temperature of the heat source according to the characteristics of the material (steam pressure of 0.2-6MPa, temperature of 120-150 ℃) to avoid sudden temperature rise that may cause thermal sensitive materials to denature.
2. Feed control: It is necessary to evenly distribute the film (with a thickness of 0.3-1.5mm) to prevent excessive thickness from affecting drying efficiency or excessive thickness from causing material waste.
3、 Safety and Maintenance
1. Prohibited illegal operations: It is strictly prohibited to open the drum door or come into contact with high-temperature components during operation. Any abnormal noise or vibration must be immediately stopped for inspection.
2. Regular maintenance:
Clean the residual materials and hot air ducts inside the drum to prevent blockage.
Check the lubrication of bearings and chains, use 3 # calcium based or lithium based grease, and change the oil of the gearbox every 3-5 months.
Calibrate temperature sensors and pressure instruments to ensure the accuracy of the control system.
4、 Post shutdown processing
The equipment needs to be completely cooled before cleaning, and residual materials should be thoroughly removed to avoid corrosion or clumping that may affect the next use.
By standardizing operations and regular maintenance, the lifespan and drying efficiency of equipment can be significantly improved.
