The maintenance of powder filling line is the key to ensuring efficient operation of equipment and product quality, mainly including the following methods:
1. Lubrication management: Regularly add engine oil or food grade silicone grease to moving parts such as gears, bearings, and transmission chains, once per shift, to avoid oil-free operation of the reducer or contamination of material areas with grease.
2. Cleaning standards: Clean the filling channel, measuring system, and heat sealer body in a timely manner after shutdown to remove dust and residual powder; Regularly clean the interior of the electrical control box to prevent short circuits or equipment corrosion.
3. Temperature control: Before starting work, circulate 0-1 ℃ ice water for 10 minutes to cool down and maintain the filling environment temperature at 15-20 ℃ to prevent equipment overheating or material deterioration.
4. Sterilization: Disinfect pipelines and equipment weekly using 75% alcohol circulation or food grade detergent, control sterilization temperature at 60-80 ℃ for 30 minutes, and immediately cool with ice water to below 35 ℃ after sterilization.
5. Equipment inspection: Before operation, manually rotate the equipment to confirm that there are no abnormalities. Regularly check the tightness of screws, calibration accuracy of sensors, and wear of transmission components, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
6. Partition maintenance: The filling area is isolated from the packaging area, and during lubrication, the contact area is distinguished (ordinary lubricants are prohibited) from the non-contact area (food grade lubricants are used) to avoid cross contamination.
7. Maintenance classification: Implement routine maintenance (daily cleaning and lubrication), first level maintenance (deep cleaning and fastening), second level maintenance (inspection and adjustment), and third level maintenance (fault diagnosis and component replacement), with a focus on checking the lubrication and cooling systems during seasonal changes.
8. Operational safety: Operators should wear protective equipment and receive training on standardized operations; Ensure that the heat sealer body is open during shutdown to avoid burning materials or damaging equipment.
By implementing the above comprehensive maintenance strategies, the lifespan of equipment can be significantly extended and production stability can be ensured.
