Safety operating procedures for powder filling line

1、 Preprocessing and Preparation
1. Environmental cleanliness
(1) Thoroughly wipe the workbench with 75% alcohol wipes, focusing on cleaning dust prone areas such as electronic scale buttons and packaging funnels.
  (2)Turn on the workshop ultraviolet lamp 30 minutes in advance for air disinfection, close doors and windows, and avoid personnel walking.
2. Equipment inspection
  (1)Check whether the power cord, plug, and equipment parts are intact, and eliminate the risk of leakage or mechanical failure.
  (2)Confirm that the core components such as the conveyor belt, optical eye detection device, and filling positioning disc are operating normally.
3. Personnel preparation
Operators need to wear anti-static clothing (cotton), tuck their long hair into anti-static hats, and remove metal jewelry.
2、 Core filling operation
1. Bottle entry and testing
The empty bottles are transported to the track through the bottle feeding machine or bottle sorting machine, and the filling program is triggered when the optical sensor detects the bottles.
2. Filling and Measurement
  (1)According to the preset parameters (filling volume, speed, air pressure), the recommended initial filling volume is 85% of the nominal capacity.
  (2)Using vibration or weighing feedback technology to ensure measurement accuracy, the machine will automatically shut down when the error exceeds ± 2%.
3. Sealing and packaging
  (1)After filling, enter the capping/capping station to complete the sealing of the rubber stopper, bottle cap or aluminum foil.
  (2)Some production lines are equipped with labeling machines and coding machines to complete label printing and packaging.
3、 Quality Control and Exception Handling
1. Weight monitoring
  (1)The electronic scale needs to be placed on a shock resistant platform, and the weighing data should be recorded in real-time in the ledger.
  (2)The weight inspection process automatically eliminates products that exceed the tolerance limit, such as the glucose powder filling line correcting errors by supplementing fillers.
2. Abnormal response
  (1)During operation, a dedicated person is required to conduct inspections. If any abnormalities are found (such as deviation in filling volume or abnormal equipment noise), the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting.
  (2)Non standardized operations (such as using scissors to open raw material packaging) are prohibited, and special tools should be used to draw the opening line.
4、 Closing and maintenance
1. Equipment cleaning
Automatically clean the filling head, conveyor belt and other components after shutdown to avoid powder residue.
2. Closing and maintenance
Before cutting off the power, confirm that the equipment has completely stopped running, regularly inspect vulnerable parts, and lubricate key components.
