Ozone sterilization cabinet is called ozone disinfection box. It uses ozone as a sterilizing agent for sterilization and disinfection. Ozone has the characteristics of universal sterilization and no secondary pollution. Sanitary ware drying and ozone sterilization cabinets are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, medical and health.
The daily maintenance of ozone sterilization cabinets mainly includes the following aspects:
• Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior and interior of the disinfection cabinet to keep it clean and tidy. When cleaning the exterior, use a clean damp cloth or mild cleaning agent to wipe, avoiding the use of strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive cleaning agents. When cleaning the interior, gently wipe the ozone generator, electrodes, and other components inside the box with a clean cloth or alcohol cotton ball, and regularly check and clean the filters inside the box to ensure smooth air circulation.
• Check power supply and cables: Regularly check whether the power cord and plug of the sterilization box are intact and avoid using damaged or aged cables to prevent leakage or short circuit. Ensure that the equipment is well grounded to improve safety during use.
Calibration and testing: Regularly calibrate the ozone sterilization chamber to ensure the accuracy of sterilization parameters (such as ozone concentration, sterilization time, etc.). To conduct sterilization effect testing to ensure that the equipment can achieve the expected sterilization effect, biological or chemical indicators can be used.
Replace worn parts: Regularly inspect the vulnerable parts (such as sealing rings, electrodes, etc.) in the sterilization box, replace worn parts in a timely manner, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Follow operating procedures: When using, be sure to follow the operating procedures and safety guidelines of the equipment to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by unauthorized operations. Special attention should be paid not to open the box door while the equipment is running, in order to prevent ozone leakage from causing harm to the human body.
• Record maintenance history: Establish equipment maintenance and upkeep records, detailing the time, content, and replaced parts of each maintenance, which helps track the maintenance history of the equipment, identify potential problems in a timely manner, and take corresponding measures.
