(1) Startup sequence and parameter settings
Preheating and debugging
Step 1: Start the dehumidification system, adjust the dehumidification rate (usually 50% -70%), and remove residual moisture from the coating pot and pipeline; Simultaneously start the hot air system and set the hot air temperature (according to the coating process, such as setting 40-45 ℃ for film coating and 45-50 ℃ for enteric coating). After the hot air outlet temperature stabilizes at the set value (fluctuation ≤± 1 ℃), keep running for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Start the coating pot and adjust the speed (according to the material characteristics, tablet speed is 10-15 r/min, particle speed is 15-20 r/min) to ensure smooth rotation of the pot body; Slowly add the preprocessed material into the coating pot (avoid material impact on the pot wall and prevent breakage when adding), start the pot body to flip, and evenly distribute the material on the inner wall of the pot body.
Parameter setting: Enter key parameters on the control system interface - atomization pressure (0.25-0.35MPa), infusion pump flow rate (set according to material quantity and coating thickness, such as 50-80mL/min for each batch of 10kg tablets), coating time (usually 30-60 minutes, adjusted according to film thickness), and save the process formula after parameter setting to avoid repeated debugging.
(2) Coating process control of efficient coating machine (continuous monitoring and adjustment)
Atomization and spray stage
Activate the atomization system and infusion pump, and evenly spray the coating solution onto the surface of the material through the spray gun after atomization; The operator observes the surface condition of the material through the observation window of the coating pot (using high-temperature resistant glass) to ensure that the coating solution covers evenly (without local liquid accumulation or leakage). If liquid accumulation occurs, the infusion pump flow rate should be reduced (5-10mL/min each time) or the coating pot speed should be increased (1-2r/min each time).
Real time monitoring of hot air temperature and material temperature: The hot air temperature needs to be stable at the set value, and the material temperature should be 5-8 ℃ lower than the hot air temperature (such as 40-42 ℃ when the hot air temperature is 45 ℃). If the material temperature is too high (exceeding the set value by 3 ℃), the hot air temperature should be reduced or the dehumidification capacity should be increased; If the temperature is too low, it is necessary to increase the hot air temperature or reduce the moisture discharge to prevent material adhesion caused by delayed drying of the coating solution.
Drying and solidification stage
After the coating solution is sprayed, turn off the infusion pump and atomization system, keep the hot air system, coating pot, and dehumidification system running, and enter the drying and solidification stage (time 10-15 minutes); During this period, the surface condition of the material should be checked every 5 minutes to ensure that the film is evenly dried (without any stickiness or discoloration). A small amount of material can be taken out with a sampling spoon, cooled, and touched on the surface. If there is no stickiness, it is considered to be dry and qualified.
Monitoring and dehumidification system capture device: If there is too much accumulation of coating liquid droplets (exceeding 1/3 of the volume) in the capture device, it should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid blocking the dehumidification pipeline and affecting the drying efficiency; During cleaning, it is necessary to pause the dehumidification system, turn off the equipment power, and wear sterile gloves to ensure that no impurities fall into the equipment.
(3) Finished product inspection and discharge
After drying and curing are completed, stop the hot air system and dehumidification system, reduce the speed of the coating pot (to 5-8r/min), open the discharge port of the coating pot, and slowly discharge the coated material into a clean container (the container needs to be disinfected in advance).
Sampling inspection of finished products: check the appearance (uniform film, no spots, no adhesion, pass rate ≥ 98%), thickness (measured with a thickness gauge, thickness deviation ≤± 10%), hardness (tablet hardness ≥ 2.5kg, no significant decrease). If it does not meet the process requirements, analyze the cause (such as improper atomization pressure, temperature control deviation), adjust the parameters, and re coat.
