Process principle of ointment vacuum emulsifier
Date: 2024-11-21Read: 2
The ointment vacuum emulsifier is one of the important equipment in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, used for mixing, stirring, emulsification, dispersion, dissolution, homogenization and other operations. It can improve the quality, stability, and reliability of products, promote the development and improvement of process technology.
The ointment vacuum emulsifier mixes solid and liquid together and applies high-speed stirring or shear force externally to produce shear, friction, impact and other effects in a short period of time, mixing the dispersed and continuous phases of the liquid together to achieve emulsification and mixing. During this process, the temperature of the liquid will also increase, thereby promoting the occurrence and acceleration of the reaction.
The working principle of the ointment vacuum emulsifier is different from that of a regular emulsifier. During operation, the ointment vacuum emulsifier will extract the internal air and place the reaction environment in a vacuum state. Operating in this state can reduce the impact of gases, oxygen, and other pollutants, effectively protecting the quality and stability of the product. At the same time, the ointment vacuum emulsifier can also control the product yield, ensuring stable and reliable production efficiency.
The process of the ointment vacuum emulsifier mainly adopts two stages: vacuum suction and particle suction. The specific process is as follows:
1. Pour the required oil, water, and emulsifier into the mixing drum in a certain proportion;
2. Turn on the mixer and mix the oil, water, emulsifier and other ingredients evenly to form a primary emulsion;
3. Adjust the state of the primary emulsion, including parameters such as viscosity, temperature, pH value, etc;
4. Transfer the primary emulsion to the emulsifier through a high-pressure pump;
5. Start the emulsion machine, shear and grind the primary emulsion through the high-speed rotor and stator to form a submicron lotion with uniform lotion particle size;
6. Adjust the emulsion state, such as viscosity, dispersion, pH value, and other parameters;
7. Start the vacuum pump to remove the gas, forming a vacuum state, adsorbing the lotion in the container, and the adsorbed particles are sheared more evenly by the rotor;
8. Start smelting circulating pump, cool and densify lotion to form stable lotion products;
9. Transport the product through pipelines to subsequent processing equipment such as filling machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, etc.
