Structure and composition of ointment vacuum emulsifier
Date: 2024-08-15Read: 2
The ointment vacuum emulsifier is a homogeneous mixing and dispersing system widely used in the food industry. Suitable for emulsified products with a wide range of viscosities, such as mayonnaise, salad dressing, sauces, tomato sauce, bread sauce, chocolate sauce, or pudding. It combines the advantages of efficient emulsification technology, excellent repeatability, short batch time, and cost reduction.

The vacuum emulsifier for ointment usually consists of five main parts: the main unit, vacuum system, lifting system, control system, and electrical system.
1. Host: The host is the core part of the vacuum emulsifier, consisting of components such as the casing, motor, rotor, stator, impeller, and sealing device. The impeller is the core component of the main engine, which generates shear, friction, impact and other effects through high-speed rotation, mixing dispersed and continuous phases together.
2. Vacuum system: The vacuum system mainly consists of pumps, valves, pressure gauges, vacuum tanks and other components, which are used to extract the vacuum state and control the gas pressure, temperature and concentration during the reaction process.
3. Lifting system: The lifting system includes lifting platform, limit switch, lifting motor and other components, which can be adjusted and operated according to the different needs of the product.
4. Control system: The control system mainly consists of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter, etc., used to achieve automatic control, set parameters, and monitor the operating status of equipment.
5. Electrical system: The electrical system mainly includes components such as switches, sockets, wires, fuses, etc., which are used to control the electrical operation and protection of equipment.
