With the continuous development of science and technology, laboratory vacuum emulsifiers are widely used in scientific research experiments and production manufacturing in various fields. However, even advanced equipment can experience malfunctions and damage without proper operation and maintenance. Therefore, developing appropriate operating and maintenance procedures is crucial to ensure the long-term stable operation of laboratory vacuum emulsifiers. Today, the editor will take you to understand the operating procedures of the laboratory vacuum emulsifier.
1、 Load sample
Before using the laboratory vacuum emulsifier, the samples to be processed should be prepared in proportion and placed in sample barrels.
Notes:
1. The composition of the prepared sample should meet the requirements of the production and research plan, and there should be no significant deviation.
2. If the sample has high viscosity and poor suspension, it can be stirred evenly first to ensure the processing effect.
3. It is strictly prohibited to add excessively large solid substances or large blocks in the sample bucket, in order to avoid affecting the operation of the equipment and potentially causing safety hazards.
2、 Connect the vacuum pump
Before formal operation, the vacuum pump should be connected to the corresponding port according to the instructions.
Notes:
1. The model of the vacuum pump should match the model of the laboratory vacuum emulsifier.
2. Install the sealing ring to prevent air from escaping and causing damage to the pump.
3、 Power on operation
Insert the power plug into the power socket, press the power switch to start the equipment, and then adjust the speed.
Notes:
1. When starting up, it should be confirmed that all devices are in place and working properly.
2. Choose the appropriate speed according to different requirements, and be careful not to exceed the maximum speed of the equipment to prevent overload.
4、 Attention should be paid to the following matters during operation:
1. During operation, one should maintain concentration and pay attention to observing the situation at the inlet and outlet of the sample.
2. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to turn on the heating switch of the laboratory vacuum emulsifier. This operation will cause the equipment to overheat, damage, and may pose a danger to the user.
3. If the equipment needs to be stopped, the power switch and vacuum pump switch should be turned off before stopping.
