The dot matrix reagent dispensing machine is widely used in fields such as biopharmaceutical research and development, clinical testing, and scientific research institutions due to its precise and efficient reagent dispensing capabilities. However, during long-term use, the equipment may encounter some common problems due to factors such as reagent characteristics, operating environment, and frequency of use. Below are detailed sorting and corresponding processing methods to assist in the stable operation of the equipment and ensure the smooth progress of experiments and production.
The common problems and solutions of dot matrix reagent dispensing machine are as follows:
1、 Abnormal packaging accuracy
1. Inaccurate packaging quantity
Possible reasons: blockage of injection pump, leakage of pipeline or deviation of calibration parameters.
Solution: Clean the infusion pump and tubing, empty the bubbles, and recalibrate the instrument.
2. Reagent dripping or splashing
Possible reasons: clogged filling nozzle or aging sealing ring.
Solution: Clean the foreign objects in the filling nozzle and replace the aging sealing ring.
2、 Mechanical operation failure
1. Motor not running or stuck
Possible reasons: Insufficient lubrication of the guide rail, motor drive failure, or foreign object obstruction.
Solution: Clean the guide rail and add lubricating oil, check the motor drive circuit and mechanical structure.
2. Tray does not inject samples
Possible reasons: Damaged proximity switch or excessive cam spacing.
Solution: Replace the proximity switch and adjust the cam to the appropriate distance.
3、 Control system issues
1. Display screen abnormality or touch failure
Possible reasons: Loose connection wires or electrostatic interference.
Solution: Tighten the connecting wire, ground to eliminate static electricity, and restart the system.
2. Temperature/pressure alarm
Possible reasons: Sensor malfunction or abnormal ambient temperature.
Solution: Re calibrate the sensor to ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of 5-40 ℃.
In daily use, it is recommended that operators strictly follow the equipment operating procedures, regularly clean and maintain the packaging machine, which can effectively reduce the probability of the above problems and extend the service life of the equipment.
