The precautions for using the C-type dual head micro pump are as follows:
1、 Equipment preparation and inspection
•Power and pipeline inspection: Before use, ensure that the battery is fully charged, check that the dual pump pipelines are not twisted or leaking, and that the syringe specifications (such as 20ml/50ml) match the pump head.
•Calibration and self inspection: After using or replacing consumables, it is necessary to calibrate the flow accuracy and regularly test the sensitivity of the pressure sensor.
2、 Drug configuration and infusion standards
•Accurate calculation: During dual channel infusion, the dosage unit (such as mL/h or μ g/kg/min) needs to be independently checked, and the error of vasoactive drugs should not exceed 10% of the set value.
•Compatibility management: Avoid contraindications for dual channel drug compatibility, use light avoiding extension tubes for light avoiding drugs, and check for precipitation of easily crystallized drugs every 2 hours.
3、 Key points of operation and monitoring
•Fixation and protection: Three point fixation method (pump body+dual catheter interface+puncture point) is used to prevent displacement, and priority is given to protecting the pipeline when turning over or moving the patient.
•Real time monitoring: Record the actual infusion volume difference between the two pumps every 30 minutes, and be alert to unilateral blockage or leakage.
4、 Emergency and Maintenance
•Alarm handling: Prioritize troubleshooting blockages (gently rubbing the pipeline), low pressure (re fixing), or power issues, and prohibit forcibly closing alarms.
•Maintenance requirements: The dual pump channels should be cleaned alternately daily (wiping the guide rails with 75% alcohol), and long-term disuse should be charged and discharged monthly.
