JS-1 bottle sorting machine

JS-8 electronic counting machine
The JS-8 electronic counting machine adopts advanced technologies such as vibration multi-channel feeding, computer control, dynamic scanning counting, system self checking, fault indication alarm, automatic shutdown, etc. It is designed according to standards and is a high-tech drug counting and filling equipment that integrates light and motor. This machine can be widely used for capsules and tablets of various shapes and sizes.

JS-D902 capping machine
The bottle cap manager organizes the cap mechanism, and the upward facing bottle caps are continuously sent to the cap dropping track. The bottles transported from other equipment on the assembly line to the bottle feeding track enter the cap dropping area. When the bottles are clamped and moved forward by the bottle clamping devices on both sides, the cap is automatically put on. The capping device first presses the cap to a pre tightened state before capping, and under the action of three pairs of high-speed rotating wear-resistant rubber wheels, the cap is tightly screwed onto the bottle body.
JF-2 Electromagnetic Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine
The bottle containing aluminum foil passes under the induction head, and the aluminum foil is heated by the energy generated by the induction head. The heated aluminum foil melts the plastic film compounded on the aluminum foil and tightly adheres to the bottle mouth, achieving a sealing effect.
