JS-A240 automatic bottle sorting machine
1. Working principle
The motor drives the bottle sorting flower tray through gear transmission. The bottles in the bottle hopper are rotated from the bottom to the top of the sorting tray through the semi-circular groove of the sorting tray. The bottles in the semi-circular groove are sorted by the flipping plate of the sorting mechanism, and the bottles with the bottle mouth facing downwards and the bottle bottom facing upwards are automatically flipped to complete the sorting. Adjust the speed between the storage bin and the bottle sorting bin to maintain a certain number of bottles for bottle sorting in the storage bin.

JS-32/48 Particle Counting Machine
1. Working principle
The bottle blocking device on the bottle conveying track of the bottle conveying mechanism will block the bottles conveyed by the previous equipment at the bottling position and wait for filling. The drugs enter the medicine compartment in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. A counting photoelectric sensor is installed on the medicine compartment, and the drugs that fall into the compartment are quantitatively counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into bottles at the bottling position.

1. Working principle
The bottle blocking cylinder on the bottle conveying track of the bottle conveying mechanism will block the bottles conveyed by the previous equipment at the position for filling the desiccant, waiting for the desiccant to be filled, and align the bottle mouth with the cutting mechanism. The stepper motor drives the bag feeding mechanism to pull out the desiccant bag from the desiccant bag tray. The color code sensor detects the desiccant bag and controls its length. 1. Working principle
The bottle cap manager organizes the cap mechanism, and the upward facing bottle caps are continuously sent to the cap dropping track. The bottles transported from other equipment on the assembly line to the bottle feeding track enter the cap dropping area. When the bottles are clamped and moved forward by the bottle clamping devices on both sides, the cap is automatically put on. The capping device first presses the cap to a pre tightened state before capping, and under the action of three pairs of high-speed rotating wear-resistant rubber wheels, the cap is tightly screwed onto the bottle body.

1. Working principle
