The ZWJ-DM fully automatic large honey pill machine strip and pill rolling are both completed by one motor, with a simple structure, easy operation, and high output. It can produce 3, 6, and 9 grams of large honey pills, and can also produce various specifications of water pills, concentrated pills, and paste pills after changing the mold.
The working principle of ZWJ-DM fully automatic large honey pill machine is to feed the mixed and uniformly refined medicinal paste into the hopper of the pill making machine, and through the flipping and extrusion of the flipping plate, the medicinal strips are extruded from the two side nozzles under the action of the thruster. When the medicine strip reaches a certain length, it is cut by an automatic cutter and then fed into the rolling mill by the distributor at a speed of once per second. The position of the rolling cutter and the tension of the conveyor belt can be adjusted separately through a fine adjustment device. Changing the size and weight of the pellets can be achieved by replacing the pellet cutter roller, making the operation convenient.
