Product Features:
1. This machine consists of two parts: strip making and pill making, with a box structure and horizontal strip making. It has a simple structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
2. The strip adopts a worm gear reducer for smooth and reliable transmission.
3. The rolling and cutting mechanisms of the pill making part are installed in a gearbox with good lubrication conditions. The cutting speed can be adjusted through the knob of the continuously variable transmission 2, allowing the rolling cutter to achieve a speed of 6-30 revolutions per minute until the cutting speed matches the strip speed.
4. The feeding port is large, and the pressure plate flips to press the material, which is convenient for filling and can eliminate the phenomenon of shed material. The hopper is divided into upper and lower parts by the flipping axis, which is very convenient to open during cleaning.

(1) The pressure spring has been designed with thickening, and the reason for thickening is to use springs with larger diameters to reduce the internal resistance of the eccentric wheel. Therefore, moderately thickening the spring of the eccentric wheel has a good effect on improving the stability of the equipment and prolonging its service life.
(2) The ball rolling shaft was originally fixed and slid with crescent shaped pins, but we have modified it with a spline sliding design, effectively solving the problem of pin grinding caused by the crescent shaped pins, resulting in the transmission shaft being thrown out. The noise is low, the vibration is small, and the failure rate is extremely low.
