IIMachine operation
1. Connect power supply A to the control box and rotate speed control button B clockwise to ensure that the sliding speed of the tablets meets production requirements.
2. Start the tablet press to begin production.
After production is completed, adjust the speed control button to the "zero" position and turn off the power switch.
5、 Dismantling part
1. Remove the compressed air pipe and vacuum pipe

VICleaning section

After wiping and drying all components, the equipment can be assembled in the reverse order of disassembly.
7Precautions
Before formal use, the operator should carefully read the operation manual and refer to this demonstration diagram for each content.
2. The three compressed air nozzles of the protective cover should be aligned with the three suction holes on the tray.
3. The stool can rotate left and right within 360 °, but cannot rotate continuously.
4. Tighten the compression nut to avoid excessive noise.
5. When adjusting the speed, the speed knob should be inside the dial to adjust the speed.
6. When cleaning the base, plate ring, suspension iron, and bottom stool, do not rinse them with water.
When the equipment noise is too high and the speed significantly decreases, the tray and plate ring can be removed, and the screws inside the plate ring can be tightened.
