1. Equipment preparation and startup: Connect the power cord (220V power supply) and air source (air compressor), adjust the air pressure to 0.5-0.7Mpa for automatic working range; Start the main motor and vacuum pump, and start operating after the vacuum gauge indicates about 320 (or the required value of the equipment).
The capsule tray should be selected with a matching model (such as capsule delivery assembly, seeding plate, etc.) to ensure correct installation; The capsule shell should be a fresh and non sticky composite capsule, placed with the thick bottom facing downwards and the thin cap facing upwards, and aligned with the corresponding slot direction.
2. Capsule Splitting (Capsule Dispensing Operation): Fix the capsule tray containing the capsules to the machine position, start the vacuum pump, and press the capsule button; Rotate the capsule disc counterclockwise for 1-2 turns, gently shaking the disc during which the vacuum pump can thoroughly separate the capsule body (thick bottom) and cap (thin top) to avoid puncturing the capsule.
After completion, carefully remove the covered thin cap plate to ensure that the capsule cap is not stuck or taken away.
3. Material filling: After removing the thin cap plate, adjust the powder tray shift lever to the appropriate position; Press the green filling button on the panel, move the filling powder hopper to the top of the capsule, add powder or granular material (if the flowability is poor, it needs to be pre packaged), and the machine will automatically rotate once to complete the filling.
Adjust the filling depth and scrape the surface of the material using a counter or tool based on the difference in filling volume.
4. Capsule combination (capsule locking operation): Place the thin cap plate back in place, ensuring it is aligned with the capsule body disc and clamped tightly; Press the lock button or simultaneously press the pressure valve pedal to drive the needle plate to press the capsule body and cap to the locked state.
After locking, the finished capsules are automatically pushed into the finished product slot for collection.
5. Discharge and cleaning: After taking out the finished capsule, clean the equipment components in a timely manner; Monitor the water level of the steam water separator during operation, thoroughly clean it according to regulations after work, and prevent water from entering the circuit.
6. Important Notice:
The capsule shell should be fresh and not expired to avoid separation failure; The material fluidity should be good (with a suitable angle of repose of less than 40 °).
During safe operation, do not put your head or hands into the storage area. In case of emergency, press the red emergency stop button; The equipment door must be closed before it can operate.
